		<description>Nice Job!  I am a technical trainer for Standard Motor Products and find this topic to be a difficult one with techs.  You did a great job in keeping this simple to understand and very informative without naming names.  I use a PICO among others but anyone armed with the information in this article is bound to make a good decision.</description>
